What You’ll Do

  • Manage a team of account executives each responsible for a specific geographical territory.
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of Endor Labs and the value to our customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer service
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Drive performance goals for the sales team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on sales performance to executive leadership

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of sales management experience, predominately in AppSec / DevSecOps to Enterprise and larger mid-market accounts.
  • An understanding of sales methodologies like: Challenger Selling, Solution Selling, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
  • An understanding of Application Security / DevSecOps and the security challenges associated.
  • Demonstrated over achievement in past roles as both an individual contributor and sales leader.
  • A network of CISO’s and Director level AppSec & DevSecOps leaders.
  • History of strong sales performance and quota attainment.
  • Accurate forecasting skills.

Compensation

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. For candidates who receive an offer for this position, the total compensation range is expected to be between $280,000-$360,000. This may include incentives/variable compensations such as commissions, stock options and/or bonuses, depending on the position. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
