Overview
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving Vantaca Pay adoption and expansion across a rapidly growing customer base. In this consultative sales role, you’ll work closely with clients to uncover business needs, overcome adoption barriers, and demonstrate the platform’s value. Partnering with Account Executives and Operations, you’ll help close expansion opportunities and translate customer goals into outcomes that accelerate growth and platform adoption.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, payments, and sales - and wants to make a visible impact on a category-leading fintech platform.
Responsibilities
Drive Customer Adoption
  • Activate key customers, driving full Vantaca Pay adoption across all modalities (card + bank)
  • Deliver demos and business cases that clearly communicate ROI and strategic value
  • Create and deliver enablement content - webinars, guides, and case studies - to accelerate adoption and engagement
Solution Selling & Expansion
  • Lead adoption opportunities and partner with Account Executives on upsell opportunities
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder customer organizations to align on roadmaps
  • Manage technical and commercial aspects of adoption opportunities from discovery through close
Customer Consultation & Advocacy
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on payment strategy, best practices, and implementation readiness
  • Translate business goals into tailored Vantaca Pay solutions that integrate seamlessly into customer operations
  • Build relationships with key accounts and develop referenceable customer success stories
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption
  • Partner with Product to share market and customer feedback that shapes roadmap priorities
  • Represent Financial Services at industry events, webinars, and conferences to elevate market visibility



Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Sales Engineer or Technical Account Executive in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Proven track record achieving revenue or adoption targets
  • Strong ability to translate technical features into business outcomes through compelling demos
  • Excellent communication skills across executive, financial, and technical audiences
  • Data-driven approach to building business cases and quantifying impact
  • Ability to learn complex products quickly and operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
