Overview
Vantaca Pay powers billions in annual transactions, and we’re seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to stand-up our Pay SE function. You’ll lead the team, develop playbooks, and implement processes that drive pay adoption and expansion across our customer base. Your core goal is to increase customer adoption to 95%+ and unlock growth from customers not yet on Vantaca Pay.

Responsibilities
Build & Lead a High-Impact Team
- Hire, mentor, and lead the Sales Engineering team to exceed adoption goals
- Build scalable enablement programs - training, webinars, and case studies - that multiply team impact
- Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing coaching, career development, and measurable results
Drive Adoption & Revenue Growth
- Develop go-to-market strategies to expand payment adoption and platform usage
- Partner with Upsell Sales to prioritize accounts and accelerate expansion opportunities
- Establish metrics and dashboards to track adoption health, forecast outcomes, and highlight revenue momentum
Partner Across the Organization
- Collaborate with Customer Success to turn adoption wins into retention and referrals
- Work with Operations and Implementation to remove friction from the customer journey
- Represent Vantaca Pay externally as needed to raise visibility for the team and platform
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, with 3+ years managing Sales Engineering or technical sales teams
- Proven track record leading teams to achieve or exceed adoption/revenue targets in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Strong technical fluency with payment systems, fintech products, or complex software platforms
- Expert in consultative selling and navigating enterprise complexity
- Builder mentality - experience developing teams, processes, and methodologies from early stages
- Exceptional communicator: able to coach teams, influence executives, and inspire customers
- Data-driven and results-oriented, using metrics to drive performance and predict outcomes
