Overview
We're seeking a Go-to-Market Architect to serve as the technical bridge between HOAi and Vantaca's sales organization. This role is critical to scaling our cross-sell motion into the Vantaca customer base. You'll own the demo experience, enabling account executives to confidently position HOAi's agentic capabilities while maintaining technical credibility throughout the sales cycle.
This is a 70% demo execution / 30% enablement role. You'll spend most of your time delivering compelling product demonstrations alongside Customer Account Executives (CAEs), with the remainder focused on keeping internal teams equipped with updated talk tracks, demo scripts, and product positioning materials.
Responsibilities
Demo Execution (70%)
- Deliver 5-10 product demonstrations per week to qualified prospects alongside Vantaca Customer Account Executives
- Articulate business value and ROI of HOAi's automation platform, translating technical capabilities into operational efficiency gains
- Tailor demo narratives to prospect pain points, emphasizing use cases most relevant to their property management operations
- Maintain a healthy, production-quality demo instance of HOAi and Vantaca integrations
- Handle technical questions during the sales process, positioning HOAi as the automation layer for property management workflows
Enablement & Collaboration (30%)
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop and refresh demo scripts, battle cards, and product positioning materials
- Train Vantaca CAEs, new logo sales reps, and customer success teams on HOAi capabilities and demo best practices
- Create and maintain product demo recordings, one-pagers, and visual assets for self-serve enablement
- Provide feedback loops to product and GTM teams on common objections, competitive positioning, and feature gaps
- Keep internal teams aligned on product updates and how to position new capabilities in customer conversations
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer in B2B SaaS or as an Account Executive in a highly technical sales process
- Proven ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations that translate technical features into business outcomes
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging based on audience and use case
- Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales cycles
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where product roadmaps, use cases, and talk tracks evolve quickly
- Ability to learn complex products and articulate their value without deep technical implementation knowledge
- Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
