This role is responsible for providing strategic development and operational oversight of the clinical service lines of business. This role focuses on working with Chief Population Health Officer (CPHO) to drive the development and growth of clinical and operational services lines, achieving revenue targets, advancing technology-enablement, and ensuring daily operational activities align with established policies, playbook procedures, and strategic objectives.

Intus Care is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. Intus Care empowers care providers to mitigate high risk events and equips executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data. Our mission is to catalyze data driven change to achieve high-value, multi-disciplinary care for older adults. In addition, Intus Care offers a broad range of technical assistance and consulting services to support new PACE programs under development and existing programs that are growing and evolving to meet the needs of their communities.

In This Role You Will:

  • Strategy Responsibilities
    • Design the delivery and scale of clinical services to optimize patient outcomes and resource utilization alongside CPHO.
    • Spearhead the growth of service lines, offering recommendations to the CPHO regarding new service opportunities.
    • Translate the clinical strategy outlined by the CPHO into a practical and deliverable clinical transformation roadmap.
    • Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with business partners and healthcare stakeholders to enhance the impact of integrated care services.
    • Stay abreast of market dynamics, competitive forces, and regulatory changes, providing strategic guidance to navigate industry complexities.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, showcasing expertise and fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Operations Responsibilities
    • Oversee and implement operational improvement strategies to ensure high-quality care delivery to Intus Care customers.
    • Analyze Integrated Care Services (ICS) productivity levels and workflow efficiencies, optimizing resource allocation to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Set clear and measurable goals for individual and team productivity, driving continuous improvement.
    • Benchmark performance metrics and implement best practices to meet organizational objectives.
    • Foster collaboration between ICS and other departments (sales, product, and customer success), facilitating effective communication, client delivery, and sales success.
    • Lead the development of ICS policies, playbook procedures, and resources, promoting consistency and quality.
    • Manage relationships with contracted business partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • P&L Growth Responsibilities
    • Manage strategic ownership of the P&L, monitoring financial performance metrics, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and developing risk management strategies.
    • Provide leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging partnerships to support business objectives.
    • Develop clear, measurable KPIs for all customer contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Stay informed of industry changes and trends, ensuring alignment of ICS services with customer needs.
    • Contribute to customer work through the project phase of SLAs, ensuring timely service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health affiliated or business affiliated field.
  • 5+ years value-based care and/or managed care experience involving complex and frail populations, including developing operational systems that achieve rapid scalability while maintaining efficiency and quality, strong customer service, management of business/product line P&L, etc.
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and controlling multifaceted projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare and value-based care industry current and future trends.
  • Strong data and technical proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and driven to deliver high quality service/work.
  • Must reside in the United States of America.

Salary Range: $160,000-$200,000/year.
