About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Solution Consultant to join our growing Go-to-Market team. This is a pivotal role that bridges our product capabilities with our clients’ needs, playing a vital part in communicating the value of IntusCare to prospective customers. You’ll be responsible for delivering compelling, insight-driven product demonstrations, shaping our go-to-market strategy with your PACE expertise, and serving as a critical partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product.
What You’ll Do

Deliver Engaging Product Demonstrations
Tailor and lead high-impact demos of IntusCare’s platforms to prospective clients, highlighting how our solutions solve their most pressing challenges.

Be a PACE Market Expert
Bring deep knowledge of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) market—its regulations, workflows, and care models—to every interaction.

Serve as a Product Evangelist
Maintain expertise across our suite of products, including CareHub. Stay up-to-date on new features, key use cases, and evolving industry trends.

Drive Sales Enablement
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to shape demo strategies, respond to RFPs, and ensure client needs are met with clarity and creativity.

Partner with Marketing
Ensure messaging is aligned across demos and collateral. Provide real-time feedback from the field to inform positioning, refine content, and shape campaigns.

Lead Discovery & Consultative Conversations
Join early-stage client calls to understand needs, align use cases, and consult on how our platform can drive meaningful impact.

Inform Product Development
Channel insights from client interactions back to Product and Engineering teams to help shape roadmap priorities and improvements.

Support Client Training & Onboarding
Guide new clients through the onboarding process by delivering training sessions and sharing best practices that foster successful product adoption.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a solutions consulting, sales engineering or product specialist role, preferably in healthtech or value-based care
Strong understanding of the PACE model and long-term care operations
Demonstrated success leading tailored product demos and client discovery conversations
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, client-friendly narratives
A collaborative spirit - excited to work across Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering
Bonus: Experience using or supporting clinical or population health analytics platforms

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $120K–$140K plus variable compensation. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
