Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven, service-oriented Manager, IT Operations to transform our internal technology experience at IntusCare. This role will serve as the central owner for IT operations, system access and IT process reliability, ensuring our people can work efficiently, securely and with minimal friction. You will coordinate with vendors, champion process automation, and provide the communication and accountability our teams need.
Responsibilities
Lead the development, enforcement, and continuous improvement of IT operations processes for user onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning and access management across business-critical systems
Serve as the central point of contact for IT-related issues, ensuring transparent and timely communication, and driving accountability for problem resolution and vendor performance
Manage external IT service providers to meet service delivery expectations, track SLAs and oversee escalations to resolution
Own the accuracy and visibility of IT asset tracking, user account management, and system administrative roles, proactively preventing operational and security gaps
Drive integration and automation initiatives that streamline workflows across HR systems, communication platforms, and IT tools to reduce manual tasks and improve data consistency
Maintain comprehensive IT process documentation, runbooks, and dashboards accessible to all relevant stakeholders
Facilitate regular and productive meetings with cross-functional teams and leadership, ensuring follow-through on action items and continuous process refinement
Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and pain points, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in IT operations or internal technical service delivery
Proven ability to design, implement and improve IT processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle management
Experience managing vendor relationships and holding third-party providers accountable to service level agreements
Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating across business units and technical teams
Familiarity with SaaS platform administration, device management and system integrations
Proactive ownership mentality and problem-solving skills
Experience in healthcare or technology startups is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Strong familiarity with PACE, value-based care, or long-term care models.
Knowledge of ITSM tools (Jira, Zendesk, Airtable) and automation platforms.
Experience with security and compliance best practices in a healthcare context.
Comfortable working autonomously and leading process change in a scaling environment.
Comfortable leading and mentoring small teams or cross-functional working groups
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $115K–$135K. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
