Role Overview
We're seeking a Technical Recruiter to help us scale a world-class engineering and technology organization as we grow rapidly across multiple product lines. This person will partner closely with engineering, security and data leadership to identify, engage and close exceptional technical talent. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the healthtech landscape, understands the nuances of hiring in regulated and data-driven environments, and thrives in fast-paced startup settings where process maturity and creativity go hand in hand.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data, and IT roles — from sourcing and screening to offer and close
Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and success criteria
Proactively build diverse pipelines using creative sourcing tactics across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, referrals, events, etc.)
Assess technical and cultural fit through structured interviews, calibration sessions, and consistent evaluation rubrics
Introduce and experiment with AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, time-to-fill, and candidate experience
Maintain accurate and organized data in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring compliance, transparency, and measurable recruiting metrics
Collaborate with People Operations to deliver seamless onboarding and cross-functional coordination across departments
Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, candidate experience scores) to guide strategic hiring decisions
Contribute to employer branding, candidate engagement, and market intelligence initiatives as we scale our presence in the healthtech and startup communities
Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years focused on technical roles (engineering, security, data)
Proven success hiring in high-growth startup or SaaS environments; healthtech experience strongly preferred
Deep understanding of technical concepts, roles and tools, with the ability to translate hiring needs into targeted sourcing strategies
Familiarity with healthcare compliance, HIPAA or data privacy standards a plus
Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to optimize recruiting pipelines
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers
Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills; thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $115K–$130K. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
