We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and highly organized Implementation Consultant to join our Client Delivery team. This role plays a critical part in onboarding new clients to IntusCare’s solutions (CareHub, IRIS, analytics tools), ensuring successful deployment, workflow configuration, and readiness for go-live.

The Implementation Consultant will independently drive cross-functional coordination, lead client-facing project work, and troubleshoot complex challenges across data migration, workflow design, and vendor connectivity. This role requires a strong ownership mentality—someone who anticipates issues before they arise, thinks critically about client needs, and takes initiative to solve problems. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, operates with a high degree of ownership, and is comfortable making sound decisions that keep implementations on track while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Project Execution

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end implementation execution activities, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Lead client working sessions to gather requirements, document workflows, and align configurations.

  • Ensure all project phases—from kickoff to go-live—are completed on time and with high client satisfaction.

  • Support clients during onsite or virtual go-live, acting as a steady and knowledgeable guide.

Subject Matter Expertise & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain deep, advanced knowledge of IntusCare products—including functionality, workflow implications, and PACE operational relevance.

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Training, Support, and Client Success to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

  • Work with data migration and engineering teams to understand data structures, integration requirements, and technical dependencies.

  • Assess and document gaps between client workflows and system capabilities, ensuring the client’s needs are accurately represented in product prioritization

  • Provide early visibility into potential workflow challenges and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Lead workflow mapping and consult with clients to design optimal processes that support compliance, efficiency, and longevity of use.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Deliver clear, timely updates on project health, upcoming milestones, and client responsibilities, ensuring stakeholders always know what to expect.

  • Surface risks as soon as they emerge and drive coordinated responses with internal teams to keep the project on track.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client teams by showing follow-through, taking ownership of outcomes, and providing thoughtful, consultative guidance.

Issue Resolution & Problem Solving

  • Spot potential implementation challenges early and take initiative to diagnose root causes, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Data, and Vendor teams as needed.

  • Translate client needs into actionable steps, ensuring alignment between workflows, product capabilities, and scope decisions.

  • Maintain precise documentation of issues, decisions, mitigations, and outcomes to support a smooth go-live and a clean handoff to Support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Public Health, or related field preferred.

  • 2–4 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, EMR deployment, healthcare operations, or consulting.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows; PACE experience a plus.

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable learning new systems and leading clients through change.

  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems, data migration, or vendor management is beneficial.

  • Willingness to travel for onsite implementations and go-live support at least 2 weeks per month.
