The Role

We’re hiring a Player-Coach Inside Sales Leader who will both carry a quota and lead a growing inside sales team. You’ll be based in our Boulder, CO office (in-office, 5 days/week) and play a pivotal role in scaling adoption of our Agentic Identity Security product. Your title will be Director of Inside Sales, Agentic Identity Security. You will report to Strata’s VP of Sales.


You’ll prospect, develop, close and expand/renew enterprise identity security deals while coaching and building a high-performing team. You’ll be both on the field and shaping the playbook — setting the example, raising the bar, and building the sales engine for one of the most urgent technology shifts of our time.

Responsibilities

  • Quota-Carrying Sales: Prospect, develop, and close enterprise deals with Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and lead inside sales reps to consistently exceed targets.
  • Pipeline Generation: Build scalable outbound and inbound strategies for predictable growth.
  • Process Innovation: Establish and refine best practices for enterprise sales.
  • Category Evangelism: Position Strata as the leader in Agentic Identity Security.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to maximize adoption and expansion.

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 2 years in a player-coach role.
  • Proven track record selling security, identity, or enterprise SaaS into Fortune 2000.
  • Consistent success achieving ~$1M ARR quotas.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience scaling and coaching high-performing inside sales teams.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence both sales reps and enterprise decision makers.
  • Entrepreneurial grit — thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Compensation

  • OTE: $250,000
    • Base: $125,000
    • Variable: $125,000 (uncapped commissions)
  • Equity participation in Strata’s growth.
